(DO IT YOURSELF) Picture Framing site.
Our goal is to provide you with the
information and
materials to do your own picture framing We will be using the best
quality picture
frame moldings
at the best prices we can find.
At any given
time we may have several hundred feet of a molding and we may only have 20
left over from a big run. So
if you see something you like, don't
hesitate because it might be gone soon. I will be changing
molding every
Monday
if we have something to add or something to take away.
We will sell
lengths of molding if you want to cut your own frames. The
foot price will be less but you will
have to order
by the stick. Most
sticks are between 8 and 10 feet . For shipping sticks will be cut 4 foot and remainder, let us
know
if that will not work for you.
Larger frames you may need to
order 4 sticks to get 4 sides. And remember there is corner
loss on
every cut.

When frames are cut,
they will be 1/8 inch over the measurement that you give us.
That is industry standard. This
allows
for expansion during humid
times and provides space if the art work, possibly, being slightly out of
square.
Your frame will come to you
UNASSEMBLED.
You will receive the cut frame and wedges for the back. Frames will have
a groove cut in the back for wedges.
You will add glue and put in the wedge and wait for it
to dry. Instructions will be mailed. . If you need
